We canceled the rest of our stay from another rental and returned to KLX group . Joven even drove us to our next rental. When we couldn’t stand it due to unbearable odor, I texted him that we are going back to their property and he offered to pick us up. Joven and his team went above and beyond. From the housekeeping service and their management team’s experience of communication, I was very satisfied with their attentiveness , it’s so amazing how they responded, and are very efficient and professional! Definitely staying with the KLX Group again when we go back to the Philippines. Thank you again!
