"Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. "The shelf above the desk means you are constantly banging you head on it. Needs to be converted to a pull out underdesk laptop/keyboard shelf arrangement. The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside."
