The hotel at best was mediocre it is ok for a layover stay but for any long term visit I would recommend going somewhere else. The hotel overall is modern and quite nice looking the food was good and the service was good. My issue was the rooms are just too small we have a suite and each time you open a door you have to basically squeeze through to get from one area to another. We paid over $12,000 Pesos and at best the room was worth about $4K to $5K at best. Our biggest disappoint though the in-room spa treatment, my wife and I got the 90 minute massage and when the therapists arrived at our room they had no portable massage tables, I asked whey they said it was fine they could give us both massages on our queen bed. The therapists did their best, but they kept falling left to right when trying to give us our massages and at $2,700 Pesos with tip is was not worth it at all. I shared my concerns with the Duty Manager, and she said she would pass n the concerns but refused to make things right. Because of this I highly recommend thinking twice before considering using their in-room spa services. My wife and I went to at least a dozen very nice Spas during our month in the Philippines and they were by far the most expensive and by far the worst experience.
