First of all the listing is not the address of the property or the proper name - it is the rough location of the building, If you google it - it shows you the US Embassy which is located across the street from the hotel. By the time I reached the location - even my taxi driver could not locate the hotel - we asked several taxi drivers in the area and they had never heard of the hotel in the description. Panicking with no place to stay I quickly went on line and found somewhere close to stay at for the night. If it wasn't for the patient and kind taxi driver I would have most likely been on the streets of Manila alone at 1:30 am. following day I reached out to the contact person and they gave me the real name (which I forget at this time) and I go to check in around 11 am. They tell me I don't have a reservation for yesterday which I had confirmation - so good thing I did not find the hotel as ii would have been sleeping in the lobby all night. I check into my room to the sounds of very loud jack hammers above my room. I went to the front desk where I was told that they are renovating the room above me. I asked that they stop immediately and they looked at me like I was asking for something out of the question. Over my three day stay the noise continued and even started as early a 6 am. I found insects in my room and caught one and took it to the front desk - oh it is just a cockroach! The pool was dirty - when advised same stupid look delist them please
