"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. "Really spacious, generous sized rooms, quick easy virtual check in process, you just can't get any luggage sent to or from here (using takkyubin/Yamato) as there's no reception onsite to assist. Really close to train station and Universal Studios. Hot water needed to be manually turned on which we eventually figured out ourselves but some better communication/instructions around this would've been helpful."
