I liked how modern the room was. The kitchenette had all the material needed if we wanted to cook at home. Family mart is across the street, nishikujo station is around the block.

Room was spacious of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location was a 1-minute walk to train station, 5 min train ride to Dotonbori and Univeral Studios Osaka. Convenient stores a block away was great for drinks and snacks. The only improvement the facility needs is the AC. Rooms got hot and AC wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool. We changed rooms and had the same issue. However, the staff did let us borrow 3 fans and it help a lot.

Would stay here again. Very convenient and comfortable stay. Quick and easy to get to USJ. Place is spacious, clean, and quiet. There is a coin laundry attached on the first floor open until 2300. The emails before hand were automatic and helpful. The check in and out were all done digitally. There is space to self lock your luggage for storage in the lobby. Familymart is across the street and there is also a grocery under the tracks. Food wise there is an indian restaurant, a couple cafes, and many izakaya. There is also pachinko and snack bars. This feels more of a residential area that is relatively quiet.

Very basic

Didn’t know it’s a vacation rental. No real person at front. All self checkin. Room Condition is fine but the furniture is very basic. There’s kitchen for simple cooking that we didn’t use. No wash machine. 5 minutes walk to JR and subway. There are convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. But the neighborhood is not beautiful. Don’t want to stay here again.

Location is king! I really liked: 1. 3 minutes walk to the train station. 2. Being sited at a train interchange means most major attractions (airport, Umeda, USJ, Nara, Namba, Kyoto etc) is a direct train. This takes out so much stress out of planning to change trains. 3. Sited near a large supermarket, groceries sorted! 4. Self service laundry at level 1 with even a shoe mashing machine and dryer! 5. Hotel sent instructions earlier for check in. 6. All the major convenience stores are within 3 -5 min walk. What’s confusing: 1. Self check in - can be stressful if not familiar and no data roaming. There is wifi at the lobby, take a while to see the sign and connect. 2. Check in via webcam at the terminal. 3. No night time staff to deal with contingencies. Found hair on my bedsheet under duvet. There was no one to change bedsheet / change room. This was sorted next day, but left bad impression coz this could easily be sorted by checkin staff giving us another room. But check in staff

Great spot for everything you want in Osaka. Great restaurants in every direction, 2 supermarkets nearby, train station super close, universal studios just 10 minutes by train. And it was a very nice room. We had a fantastic stay 😊

駅から本当にすぐ近くて、コンビニもスーパーもドラッグストアもたこ焼き屋もあり、大満足の立地でした。 無人のホテルは初めてだったので少し戸惑いましたが、一番最初の木目調のドアは何もしなくても開きます。二つ目のドアからメールで教えてもらったパスワードが必要です。５人で予約だったので、ソファもベッドメイキングしておいていただけるとなお嬉しかったです。鏡が洗面所しかないので女性が複数いるとちょっと不便かなとは思いますが、トータルではとてもよかったです。コインランドリーは乾燥まで50分、1000円しました。参考までに。

The room size and location was perfect but there are so many things to improve and I will try to summarize it here: - Sheets unwashed - there was a blood stain to the matress protector that we need to use for the sofa bed. That is of course it's used but at least washed it when used, put bleach or something. Based on the look of the blood, it was not washed at all. - facilities need to be updated - we went during summer which is of course very warm. Since the hallway of the hotel also does not have airconditioned, it tends to add to the warmth of the room. The aircondition took overnight to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable sleeping and waking up in sweat. The aircondition also makes a lot of noise. - curtains are not black-out - it was added in the hotel description but it is not black out. The room is lit at sunrise (5.30am or whenever the sunrise is). This is very inconvenient especially for children use to sleeping with less light. - no personnel - check-in is via a screen and check-out is also automatic. However, because it is unmanned, there is no proper check when guests leave their luggage. There are only a few locks for guests and some guests does not lock their luggages efficiently making them use almost everything. When we arrived, thankfully there is 1 lock left so how about for those arriving after us? - vending machine indicated room does not have vending machine. - the main lobby is well airconditioned and well-maintained better than the room

関西万博に行くため、家族で利用しました。 万博会場へアクセスしやすく、梅田にも2〜3駅なので、とても便利でした。 施設は清潔感があり、また利用したいと思いました。 車の駐車場が近くに見つからなかったため、車は遠くに停めて歩くことになりましたが、総合的に満足です。 また機会があれば利用したいと思いました

万博に行くために、2泊お世話になりました。宿泊前の問い合わせに対しては、迅速で丁寧にお答えいただき、チェックインも、リモート対応でしたが、外国人の方が丁寧なアナウンスで対応していました。エントランスに入る際の番号はメールで教えていただけ、私はすぐに入れましたが、何人かエントランスで番号入力に手間取っていた方を見ました。私が開けて入ったあと、そのまま一緒に入ってきた方がいたので、少しセキュリティそれはどうなの？と思いました（海外旅行者でした） 立地は駅からも近く、周りにコンビニ数軒、スーパー、ドラッグストア、飲食店も多数と何か無くても困ることなく、すぐにどこかしらで買いに行けました。 コインランドリーもありましたが、23時にはセキュリティの関係で入れない？とかだったので、時間が遅い時は注意が必要なのか？と思いました。あと、時間帯によってはコインランドリー内汚かったです⋯。（食べたゴミが落ちてました）お部屋にハンガー（8個）や小さなピンチハンガーがあり、お風呂に浴室乾燥機能があったので、部屋で乾かすことも可能でした。 部屋は、我が家にとってはいい広さでしたが、大きな荷物を沢山だと狭いかと思います。床や壁には傷が付いてたり、スーツケースを剃った跡、冷蔵庫の上に少しホコリがあったので、気になる人は気になるかもです。掃除機やコロコロ、食器用スポンジ、トイレのブラシがあったので気になる人は自分で掃除できます。そこにお風呂掃除用の用具があったら更に良かったなと思いました。 ちなみに受付カウンターの横に自販機があるような案内表記がありましたが、なかったですwでも、先にも書いた通り周りにはお店が多数あるので、困ることはありません。 中長期宿泊するのにいいお宿だと思います。

小さい子供や赤ちゃんと一緒の宿泊だったので いろいろ心配してましたが、事前のリクエスト（質問）にも早い対応をしていただき、快適に過ごせました！ 部屋は靴を脱いで過ごせ、ジジババ親子みんなでリラックスして過ごしました。 今回は大阪万博で利用しましたが、またUSJにも行きたいと思っているのでまた利用したいと思います。
