“Perfect suburban location”

South Yarra/Melbourne is conveniently located by both the tram & train. Small apt was comfortable & had a garden atmosphere. Quiet; being older did not bother us. Air conditioning could have cooled better. We would return.

“Quiet, convenient but right in the middle of melbourne.”

Enjoyed my stay at Punthill Apartments, very convenient, close to Chapel street, railway station and easy access to trams. Parking a large car was a bit of a hassle, narrow laneway entrance. Very quiet location, rooms sizable. Enjoyable stay.

“Little Gem in South Yarra”

Excellent access to public transport really quick to go anywhere had dinner in Brunswick street and got back in 15 minutes!! Lovely tree lined area that's quiet near busy Toorak road and no issues with noise. Chapel st shops just 5 minute stroll away. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking. For the price and rating good value. Would stay again

“Little disappointed”

Our room was suppose to be a non smoking room but it stank of stale cigarettes which permeated our clothes. We have stayed at these apartments on 2 previous occasions but not in room 20. It was really bad. In saying that the manager was very pleasant, situated in a very convenient location, it was clean & we would stay again. Very reasonable rates.
