“Pleasant and above expectations experience”
Best hotel near Malpensa Airport we ever stayed. Pleasant and above expectations experience, Very friendly staff, great restaurant, great size room and convinient free shuttle every 30 minutes to airport.
“nice modern hotel”
Hotel was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. We arrived late and restaurant was closed, however the staff recommended a place next door which was very good.
“It Worked for Me!!”
Please see the above. The hotel price was reasonable. The hotel is right at the Airport. Has a free shuttlebus going to and from. Staff was pleasant, accommodating. The room, including bathroom was clean and tastefully decorated in modern, comtemporary style. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, expecially if you need to be close to the Airport as I did. I hope to make a reservation there in July when I return to Italy.
“Convenience plus”
We wanted to stay overnight close to Malpensa Airport and found the First Hotel Malpensa to be ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service to the airport was efficient. The room was comfortable and well insulated against outside noise. There was also a restaurant right next door in addition to the hotel's own restaurant.
“Excellent Hotel Next to a great Restaurant”
The hotel was modern, clean and efficiently run. The desk clerks were particularly helpful. The neighborhood is a bit run down, and there isn't much to see or do. The great thing about this hotel is location. It is about 2km from the Malpensa Airport. Right next door is great, family-owned Italian restaurant with friendly service and great food.
“Perfect for sleep and fly”
Very clean, very professional staff. Front desk employee was even kind enough to offer us espresso at 4:30AM before we left for our flight. There is not much around the hotel, and the restaurant is a touch pricey, but it's perfect if you just need to rest and fly.
“Top pick for quick overnight stay close to Malpensa Airport, Milan”
Overnight stay in order to take an early flight back to the US more than met expectation due to: .easy access to complimentary van service to the hotel and back to the airport early the next morning .very appropriate continental breakfast in attractive setting .comfortable bed, new carpeting, several television options in quiet room .30 minutes free access to lobby pc's and printer .friendly and helpful staff; genuine welcome .inviting outdoor furniture in front of the hotel, comfortable lobby seating and bar service
“Free Internet, good restaurant nearby”
We stayed at this hotel because our plane was leaving before 7am from Malpensa. We found it to be really nice, but we ate at the restaurant next-door, rather than the hotel's restaurant, which may have made all the difference (judging by other reviews). The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff was very helpful, and arranged a taxi for us (at 20 euros, the airport is not as close as it might seem). We used the free shuttle after arriving by bus from Milan, but our plane left too early for the shuttle the next morning. There are two Internet terminals in the lobby, and the hotel provides the first half-hour for free. The restaurant next-door was old-fashioned and good, with normal prices. Except for the restaurant, there aren't any other shops or businesses around, it looked like a residential neighborhood. Our taxi to Terminal 1 took about 10 minutes, with the driver driving like Mario Andretti (I'm not sure what his hurry was, we arrived so early we had to wait half an hour for the Lufthansa ticket counters to open).

The hotel was great, I would recommend it highly. The pick-up and drop off at the airport was fast and easy. The people at the hotel were great.
