“Excellent service”

Good service from front desk-thank you all very much. Breakfast was good too and even included manchego cheese:) It is only 10 min walk to train station where the trains run very often to Barcelona and it takes just 20-25 min to Plaza Catalunya metro stop. Molins Del Rei is in Zone 2 so you have to buy a Zone 2 ticket. All in all I would definitely stay there again especially if you have a car they offer free parking too.

This was a great affordable hotel. It was not the ritz, but for a family of four looking for affordable lodging this fit the bill. The staff was exceptional, they were very accommodating spoke excellent English, they were very kind and always made sure we had whatever we needed. The train station to Barcelona was easy 10 min walk from the Hotel. There is a grocery store right next store. The only problem we had was there was a disco in back of them and it was a Friday night. They partied all night long. I would ask for a room facing the front of the motel.

For the price, this is an excellent hote. It is clean, contemporary and has everything you might need - breakfast included and internet access. You can walk to the Renfe train in may 8 minutes and then get into downtown Barcelona. We stayed here two days before a med. cruise and it was very satisfactoy. We even used the trains and the blue cruse terminal bus at the christopher columbus monument downtown (2 euros each) and it worked out great.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Confirmed our flight, printed out boarding passes, had taxi waiting for us at 5:30AM. Easy walk to the train station for trips into the city.

The hotel is about 9km from the airport it takes about 15 mins by taxi the cost is a bit steep at 28euro watch out as they charge for the number of bags you put in the boot. Could not fault the hotel in anyway staff really helpful, clean room and the price which was a bargain included breakfeast. Compare that to the prices for central Barcelona. We used the Metro which is about a 10 min walk away from the hotel it takes 20 mins to go to the centre of town and a few minutes away from Las Rambla. It is cheap to use clean and regular trains. Ask at reception for details of the multiuse tickets if you are staying more than 2 days. Do not be put off by the fact the hotel is on an industrial estate there was no noise whatsoever.There is a supermarket less than 5 mins away for anything you may of forgotten.

The ease of access to Barcelona by train was exceptional, and trains very cheap. Not only were staff helpful at the hotel, the times I went through town everyone there helped and was very nice. A next door supermarket was very convenient as well.

“You get what you pay for”

Nice hotel, you get what you pay for, however at about one oclock in the morning, we were awoken by a huge party outside of the hotel, with about 50 people laughing, shouting, drinking, smoking, littering the front of the hotel and sounding car horns. Not ideal after a long day, but not the fault of the hotel I suppose. Reception staff were helpful, check in and out easy. In the surrounding areas near the hotel, we did not come across a single person who spoke understandable english. The supermarket next to the hotel is worth a look in, especially for bottles of water. Dont be put off by the fact the hotel is on an industrial looking site! Comfortable room, great size, nice bathroom.
