“Great place for families”
We were quite pleased with our stay here. The hotel is right next to the beach (down some stairs to access it) and the pool was great. Continental breakfast is included and is certainly enough to start your day. We'll be back here again whenever we're in the area.
“Wish we had a view”
Overall, we were very happy with the hotel location, service and amenities. Just wish just once we would get a room with a view of the ocean.
“Nice hotel on fabulous beach”
We enjoyed one night at this hotel. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The pool was large and the water was warm and the hot tub was nice as well. I did not see any towels poolside however. The location on the beach is great and the views are very nice. Close to town for meals, etc as well. My only complaint was at checkout. I booked the rooom and paid through Expedia but the lady at the front desk billed my credit card again despite my telling her that I paid through Expedia. It took almost an hour on the phone after I got back home to get this fixed.
“Good restaurants”
Enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Disappointed there was no continental breakfast.
“Going back next year!!”
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The on-site restaurant offered a fabulous breakfast menu at a reasonable price. Some of the entrees for the dinner menu were pricey but the food was exquisite. Our room, overlooking, the waterfront, was breathtaking. We will definitely stay there again.
“Parkerville Jewel”
The Hotel had great Bay views, great staff, restaurant had a great menu. We found that the Bison short ribs were to die for.

Fantastic view of the bay from waterside rooms and restaurant.
“Bayshore”
The temperature was in the 90's and this hotel room had NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! Very uncomfortable.
“Service needs help”
Front check-in was a challenge for the new staff person. Breakfast service in the restaurant was extremely disorganized and none of the three staff could crack a smile. The property is showing its age and in need of some TLC maintenance. The location is good.
