"A great location direct access to subway system without going outside the building especially during summer heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty convenient stores and food offerings within walking distance. The only downside is that the room carpet is not as clean as I hoped for. "

"Lovely hotel handy tidy Ignatius high school metro stop. Come out of exit one and look to the right and you will see it. Reception on level 3 which threw me at first. Same area where breakfast is served. You have a choice of 3 breakfast each day and all are yummy. Lovely little patio area where you can sit and have free coffee 24/7 and snacks. Quiet hotel even with the construction going on at the moment outside. Easy to get around from here and handy to shops etc"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"Cleanliness of the changing rooms to the hot springs needs to be improved. There was a used mask in the male steam room and an opened bottle of water on the table which were still there on the next day. Staff were attentive in the dining room and took away the dirty dishes promptly. "
