We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)!

お部屋は川沿いでお風呂も大変良いお湯で良かったです。大浴場も広くて開放的な露天風呂が良かったです。スタッフとのコミュニケーションで大失敗をしてしまいました。帰りの駅までの送迎バスの時刻で15分発を50分発と聞き間違えました。メモで確認をすれば良かったです。電話をしたと言われましたが着信はなく、その他の面でも顧客側に寄り添う意識は世界基準の四つ星と同等かと問われると少し疑問も残りました。お食事は美味しかったです。

舒服輕鬆療癒

一走入大廳聞到香氛精油，整個心情都放鬆下來，下午茶、晚餐、宵夜和早餐都非常好吃，房間內提供的音樂也很適合沈澱心情，真的可以感受到酒店希望入住的房客都可以享受生活，可惜這次沒看到生活儀式藝術表演，之後有機會一定會再來～

高級住宿體驗

頂級住宿體驗，從代客停車、辦理手續、幫忙拿行李進房到介紹房間及整體飯店都非常棒，下午茶精緻好吃，大浴池則稍微普通，但有戶外浴池，在低溫中泡溫泉很舒服，唯一可以挑剔的是餐點部分，感覺食材都很高級，但呈現出來的味道很還好，有可能是我們自己口味不合，但晚餐上菜速度實在太慢，整體吃完大概要2小時，難道是因為是法式的所以連上菜速度都要法式?早餐一樣也是口味上沒有很喜歡，但整體餐點的呈現方式都是很高級根與有質感的，床的部分非常舒適無可挑剔，房內飲品皆免費，浴室硬體及備品也都非常高級舒適，唯一小缺點是浴池是用石頭材質砌成的，可能當天真的太冷，熱水竟然無法維持，導致熱水放滿後呈現上面水很熱，下面卻是溫涼的水溫，真的不誇張，一直狂加熱水也一樣，而且會導致上面的水溫太高，這種現象還是第一次遇到，石頭沒泡到水的部分也冰的可以，所以合理推測是石頭導冰的速度過快導致的。整體來說仍是非常棒的體驗

The property was quite old but fairly well-maintained. We stayed in a bigger room but the room smelled damp and a bit moldy. The public hotspring is nice but weekend could be quite crowded.
