Trash hotel

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was ok but it’s probably the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Constant noise at all hours. 2 am people banging around, making all kinds of noise. People yelling at each other in the hallway. And the soundproofing is horrendous so it feels like you’re sharing a room with the entire hotel. How this place has any good reviews is beyond me, I couldn’t sleep at all for the entire duration of my stay due to the noise from other obnoxious guests.

我們被分配到的901號房風景非常漂亮，是個整面的落地窗可以觀看淡水河跟觀音山。再來是雖然感受得出來旅館本身滿有年代感，不過乾淨、整潔，設備也都很齊全，我的印象是非常好的，推！

已住過一次了，上回的住宿經驗很好，所以又來一個淡水小旅行，此次原本入住海景房（無浴缸），入住時被升等到海景房有浴缸的房型，真是感謝觀海樓的櫃檯人員～原本的房型就很舒適，升等後的是野更加遼闊，完全是90度投影機隨時放送影像，真是太合我心意了，外加浴室🛀乾濕分離，浴室又寬敞也有大面積玻璃～房間浴室都有大片玻璃視野是超級遼闊心情舒暢身心都被療癒到，浴室灑水水壓強勁，洗澡是非常舒暢的，還有自助式早餐，雖然餐點普通但是都是能讓人滿足飽足的餐點，飯店備有停車場及公車直達飯店門口下車，非常便利，大推～

部屋も清潔で接客も丁寧でとてもいい宿でした。 近くにコンビニもあり、非常に便利でした。 湿度の関係で仕方がないことだと台湾の方から教えてもらいましたが、廊下に面した扉の下に隙間があり、廊下での話し声が部屋の中まで聞こえてきます。 気になる方はそのことも考慮された方がいいと思います。

The view from the room is as advertised — a magnificent vista of the Hongshulin mangrove forest and Tamsui River! Very conveniently located by the Danhai Light Rail for easy access to Shalun Beach and Fisherman's Wharf. Sufficent breakfast buffet, but if you miss it there is a breakfast shop and 7-Eleven next door. However, the furnishings and facility shows their age: the rooms have thin walls, and the air conditioning smells faintly of cigarettes, probably from secret smokers in the past. The bathroom was also very dimly lit. Fortunately, the staff are all very courteous and attentive, making this a fair budget choice if you're not picky.

Great Breakfast for vegetarian!

Not too far from the Metro station. However, my room was on the street side, so there’s certain traffic noise but not unbearable. The breakfast was very friendly for a vegetarian like me.

服務人員態度不佳

第一天晚上因為下班比較晚，辦理入住的時間約快22:00，剛到飯店大廳的時候要辦理入住手續，屆時我問櫃台車子可否停到旁邊的停車場，櫃檯人員說車位滿了，要我開去旁邊的停車場，我隨口問櫃檯說，費用是飯店支付還是有簽約的，這時一位中年男子口氣很不好的回覆，態度很耍流氓的樣子，不知道是保全人員還是櫃檯服務人員，這種素質很差，給客人的感覺非常不好，最基本的應對用語沒有素質，員工對待客人的態度既然是這樣，本人對這次入住的飯店給予負評，連二樓餐廳人員的服務態度也非常不好，很爛，人員素質教育很差。

悠哉享受在飯店的時光

飯店門口就有巴士可到達，坐幾站亦可到達淡水，隔兩站也有捷運站跟輕軌站，飯店最棒的就是舒適的空間跟漂亮的美景，唯一最缺乏的就是附近只有一間7-11不過小七很大間販賣的商品很多元，不用怕肚子餓而且飯店離淡水很近
