They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "Lovely hotel handy tidy Ignatius high school metro stop. Come out of exit one and look to the right and you will see it. Reception on level 3 which threw me at first. Same area where breakfast is served. You have a choice of 3 breakfast each day and all are yummy. Lovely little patio area where you can sit and have free coffee 24/7 and snacks. Quiet hotel even with the construction going on at the moment outside. Easy to get around from here and handy to shops etc"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "
