The view from are room was fantastic, the room was a little rough as far as curtains, the slider door and some delamination but its an older place without some ridicules price to sleep somewhere, hot tub was great also

Close by to everything. Walking distance great. Free Parking- YES. One idiot loud with his music all night (twice)outside the parking lot smoking that smelly cigarette. Dancing alone. Substance does that to you. I understand, there is always one idiot. Overall, we still had fun. Will return again. Breakfast was great.

Check in time was 3:00PM but the room wasn’t ready until 3:45PM (didn’t apologize just acted like it was normal). The man who helped me check in didn’t give me any information (Wi-Fi pw, check out time, breakfast details, amenities info, etc.). The only way I found out that I was missing this info was by overhearing the woman at the front desk providing this info to the guest she was checking in. The first thing I saw when I got into my room was a giant ball of hair in the middle of the floor. Other than that the room was clean. After a long day out I headed back to the hotel only to find out that there were no more parking spots in the hotel parking lot. I asked the front desk what to do and she told me to just park at another parking lot. Parking is extremely expensive at Niagara and this was pretty inconvenient/far walk. I’m not sure why they give out hotel parking passes if they’re not keeping track of the cars in their parking lot. Anyways the location was very convenient for what I wanted to do. Not the worst service ever but definitely not great.

I really liked the property. It was an interesting set up. Being on the 3rd floor with no stairs was hard with a bad knee, but i got by. I fidnt bother saying anything to the staff as it was nothing too crazy. The room feels like its a mix of updated, and still could use a little more work to get things just right.. But i liked it a lot. Overall, the bed was comfy, it was incredibly well placed. Easy walk to everything, and all the staff i encountered was incredibly friendly. I'd hire them all at my hotel in a heartbeat. I will for sure be staying there again on future visits.
