“Quick visit to DC”
Great location and reasonably priced, walking distance to restaurants and Metro. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
“Will definitely stay there again”
The location is convenient to the Crystal City Metro station, and the hotel ran shuttle service to the station as well as Reagan Airport. Our room was clean and service was great. We stayed for a week. We plan on traveling back to DC for another vacation next year, and we will likely stay at this hotel again.
“Wonderful birthday experience”
This Holiday Inn is undoubtedly one of the better Holiday Inns that I have visited. The staff was professional and very helpful when asked questions about how to access the Metro or where are restaurants. This was my birthday getaway weekend and this Holiday Inn made my birthday extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Have stayed here several times when bringing kids back to college in DC. Never disappointed.
“Good hotel”
This was only a one-night stay, but certainly filled the bill for that. The place was quiet and well maintained, and everything worked quite well. The hotel is not as centrally located as some in Crystal City, and it's about as great a hike to the Crystal City Metro stop as for any hotel in the Crystal City area, but that's still a pleasant and not particularly long walk. Also, you can walk from the hotel to National Airport if you know the path, but the hotel also has a very good shuttle service. I'd certainly stay there again.
“Fantastic hotel”
Convinient location, very clean

My daughter and I were treated like royalty! We got off the plane, went to hotel shuttle service and taken immediately to the hotel. When we got to our room I discovered I had forgotten my razor. Within 5 minutes after I called guest services they brought one to our room. Also the food was delicious in the diner. My daughter was very picky, but she wanted to go back the next day and eat there again. Also room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the distance from the Metro on foot but we eventually realized that Holiday Inn would pick up at the Metro as well.
“great option for a good price”
I'm in college, and I could not afford to spend a lot on a room for a human rights conference. Luckily we found this hotel, and it was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I recommend if you want a good place to stay if you're visiting DC. There is not a metro stop immediate to the hotel, but the shuttle would take us to Reagan and we would just hop on the metro there. So very nice of them!
