“Nice Place to Stay”
Good hotel. Would stay there again. Cost was very reasonable compared to other hotels we looked at. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel is in walking distance of Metro station, and McDonalds. Limited other restaurants near the hotel.
“Great place to stay!”
We were impressed by the cleanliness & comfort of the rooms. The internet hookup was a big plus. Great breakfast buffet. It was conveniently close to Georgetown which was our main destination. It will be our first choice on a return trip!
“Awesome”
Great place, very friendly staff. Even gave us Christmas stocking. Great free food and plenty of it. Close to subway. Parking was cheaper than most hotels in area. Would definitely stay again.
“Two hotel street address at near by.”
It was a great!Be careful one thing. Two North Oak street is near Hotel area. I spent 45 min. to lookoing for the hotel address. Other guest told me that He spent about 2 hours for find hotel.He and I were looking for the hotel address at other address.

Hotel was very nice, but my rate was much too expensive for the level of hotel that it was.
“A great place”
We thought this hotel was one of the best! Clean rooms, exceptionally helpful and upbeat staff, close to everything, just a great place to stay. We will definintely be returning to Residence Inns based solely on this location!
“Great location”
This hotel was convenient to all that DC has to offer. The front desk provided written walking directions to the Metro and other local spots. Parking was easy. It was a short walk over the Key Bridge to Georgetown. Breakfast was full of healthy choices and filling. The room was typical Marriott, lacking nothing.
“Excellent, comfortable stay”
huge room, all the ammenities that I could have wanted, nice fittness room, new treamills, clean and inviting. Far better than many I have run across lately. It was a really great stay with lots of cute restaurants right nearby and the best of all...a Starbucks right across the street.
“Good hotel for a trip to DC”
The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a lot of variety. The rooms we have booked were relatively small, but everything was clean and the service was very good.
