If you are needing a shuttle to the airport this is not the place to stay! I almost missed my flight! They don’t have a shuttle they call an Uber for you ! They will not order the Uber in advance to make sure you are on time either. Front desk is very very rude ! I even started recording the conversation with both managers I dealt with , because they were completely out of line.

The room was dirty, the dust on the safe was evident, the coffee maker was dirty, I asked for additional sheets or quilts, they told me they didn't have them, they never went to clean the room, much less leave clean towels the next day, there was a cockroach at the exit of the elevators was definitely not pleasant at all.

I didnt get the welcoming feel I expected from staff. After a bit confusion from booking with expedia i realized i rather stay less days after communicating with front desk. Instead of staying for 2 days i stayed for one day. I then realized my card was charged 4x. I was then told i had to wait until Monday to be refunded with out any apologies . I contacted expedia they apologized for the inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, it was clean not the most fancy place but doable for a day or two to sleep in. But not sure if the rate should be over $80. Wish i had a better experience but overal it was descent. Wasnt quite motivated to see other amenities or our to spend time outside of building.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at Comfort Suites Orlando Airport was highly unsatisfactory. During both mornings of our stay, the breakfast had run out, leaving us unable to eat. Despite inquiring about when the food would be replenished, we received no response or timeline.Furthermore, when we attempted to check out a day earlier due to unforeseen circumstances via Expedia, we were informed by Expedia that they had approached the hotel. However, upon check-out, Ms. Euclid Persaud at the front desk claimed Expedia had not contacted her and refused to authorize our early departure.Adding to the disappointment, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional behavior by addressing a worker in Spanish, assuming we couldn't understand. Unfortunately, we comprehended every word, including her misinforming the staff member about their lateness, which was incredibly inappropriate.Overall, the lack of breakfast availability, uncooperative attitude regarding our early departure, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the manager on duty have left a lasting negative impression. We have no intention of returning to Comfort Suites Orlando Airport and cannot recommend it to others.

We liked the free airport shuttle and the free breakfast which was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the hallways and room did have a slight odor of cleaning products. The breakfast area was available to guests and both evenings we were there it was well used for socializing. We used the Link system of public transit to go to Universal Studios and the stops both ways were very close to the hotel. The hotel helped arrange our shuttle to the cruise port well in advance. One drawback is that there are 8 restaurants within a 15 minute walk, but 6 were chains and one of the others had limited evening hours.
