Very very clean rooms. We arrived at 4pm but we were told the room is not ready. Vicky gave us 15% off parking due to this. Parking fee should have been waived. The breakfast is 1 star out of 5 because the selection is very limited, biscuit, chicken patty, oatmeal, bagels, scrambled egg that was it. Breakfast should have bacon, waffle, pancake everyday at least. I will still give the hotel 5 out of 5 due to cleanliness, cold AC, comfy mattresses, kitchenette in room. We loved our stay and we went to IHOP for breakfast

Hotel is very nice and worthy for the price paid, rooms were clean, nice breakfast included, pool and amenities were nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dislikes were the Parking Fees, this will be the norms when staying at hotels but the price of $27+ tax per day is pretty high. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying there again.

We loved our recent stay in Orlando Homewood Suites! As a family with young children, our hotel of choice is always a Homewood Suites, because of the spacious rooms and amenities (kitchenette/breakfast). This stay, however, was our favorite. The hotel is clean, neat, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and much roomier compared to other Homewood Suites we’ve stayed in, which considering that most guests include families visiting the theme parks, I think the space is ideal. The staff were hospitable and accommodating. Tired and fatigued from traveling we were greeted by Oskar who checked us in and took care of our family going above and beyond. Location is perfect for those traveling to the theme parks, and although we didn’t take advantage of the shuttle, I did initially book because of this feature. It might be a while before we are back to Orlando, but I’d stay here again anytime!

We had a very nice time. It was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn't working. Elevator near our room stopped working. Hallways were hot. More waffle makers NEEDED!!! especially the mickey ones... huge lines and would run out of time. Weekend breakfast should start the same time as during the week, but last a bit longer... phones didn't work to contact front desk. Room was very nice and kept my family comfortable...

Property was good, the room was spacious and comfortable but what i disliked was that you have to pay $27 for parking per day, we stayed 4 nights and had to pay $108 on top of what we paid for the stay which was ridiculous, another thing i disliked was that i went to the front desk twice and nobody was there to help, i had to wait or look for someone to assist me. Another thing was i had called them from the room to get us clean towels but never came, we left the room and when we came back at 1 am there was no clean towels so i called front desk and they told me i had to get them myself downstairs at 1am. I also had issues with them cleaning our room, we stayed 4 nights and never came to clean. Poor customer service!

This hotel was in a great location with a shuttle to and from Disney and Universal parks. It is clean and includes a breakfast which is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well stocked and comfortable. Few things - they were missing a few basics like hooks for your towel in the bathroom so there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Was a lovely pool but had a very rough bottom and my son cut his foot and knee on it. I emailed a couple of days in advance to ask about shuttle times and they told me to look on instagram. Couldn’t find them there and could not understand why they couldn’t just tell me the times. Made it a little more stressful than it needed to be with planning. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious and very clean, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was solid, with a nice variety of options including the classic Mickey waffles which were a fun touch. My only complaint is that when we arrived late we had to park in the rear of the building and weren’t able to access any of the entry doors with our room key. Instead, we had to walk around the building into enter through the front door. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall though, a really enjoyable experience — we’ll definitely be staying here again!
