"This place was a rip off. With false advertisement. The very reason I picked this place is because of parking included. It turns out parking was P500 a night which was scarce too. They told me it was optional. Intold them to change their ad and state optional as I wouldn’t have picked this If I have known parking was not included. The whole building smells like grease trap which made me puke a lot when we were staying there. The shower handle was broken and leaking, the internet didn’t have...

"I would choose this accommodation for all my stays in BGC. It's perfectly situated across major malls and restaurants, and is walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura, and St. Lukes. The unit is clean and all appliances worked well. A big thank you to the property manager who is available and responds to all my inquiries quickly."
