“Great for location”

The Ibis is situated on the river and about 3mins walk from the old town which is full of lovely cafes and restaurants, so full marks for location. It was fairly easy to find but its worth knowing that the car park is opposite the hotel by the quayside, down a sloping slip road which you don't necessarily spot from the road if you don't know its there. The hotel and room were fine, if a little cramped. The thing that stood out was that it had a very comfy bed and we had a really good nights sleep!

“Great location”

The Ibis is in a wonderful location for those visiting Perigueux as a tourist. It is very near the cathedral, the old quarter, the restaurants and the shops. Although the rooms were small they were clean and compact. My only complaint was with the bath room. Only two small, thin bath towels were provided for the two of us with no hand towels. The bath was very slippery and high, the shower being over the bath and no anti-slip mat was provided nor any hand-rails on the walls Other than that the hotel was fine, the breakfast was excellent and the Wifi really worked! Parking was something of a difficulty and we had to find free parking some distance from the hotel.
