Dear Joe, X, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience at our hotel and I want you to know that we can not choose the clients, just as we have not chosen you. Everyone is welcome but sometimes the behavior of some when they drink changes noticeably, as also your behavior has changed at the time of writing this review and although you have spoken to me, I have apologized for the behavior that other clients might have had, (As you may have noticed, nobody could answer your call to reception because they were busy trying to see who was making noise since only you have heard it and there were 8 rooms occupied but no one claimed). With regard to what you say that the staff does not speak languages, although you will have noticed that we speak German, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Thai, although I must admit that some natives, have not had the possibility of having a training like You have surely had you growing up in a developed country and with parents who could have given you that possibility. Regarding the manager asking you for that money that you say is not real and you know you are not telling the truth. Normally when a client makes a reservation for two people, they both register or say that their partner will arrive a few days later and give their name, which was not your case. We have not seen during your stay that you were unhappy with anything since we have spoken daily in the same mother language and dedicate your time to discredit our hotel, with which I do not agree, which is why I have dedicated this time to answer you for not create confusion for other clients who have not had your same experience. Hi Dear, I regret that you had a bad experience in our hotel but many times when our clients do not respect the rules and nor the normal laws of coexistence with other guests, (families with children and old people), you have to call them attention and that of course not It's nice for nobody, thanks, regards
