I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel 👍 First of all, the lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and polite. Although her English was not perfectly fluent, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. She also had a lovely smile, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large, though the water could be a bit cleaner. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach a large shopping mall 👍, and only around 5 minutes to get to the beach 👍, which is very convenient. Overall, the price of the hotel is reasonable and offers good value for money 👍

The Novotel Vintage Park is a great Hotel with just Beautiful friendly staff. Great location the breakfast was fabulous, thank you Joseph for the Chocolate each morning. An extra Thank you for the Surprise Happy Birthday sign & flowers on my Bed & the Birthday cake, it was very special. I would definitely staff again.

Wish I had added on breakfast here, their buffet breakfast is top notch in my book!! It’s a full on breakfast to get the day started off right!! 👌 The only thing I could see that needed improvement was housekeeping. She came really late the evenings, between 5-6 pm when I was already settling in for the night. I’m definitely not taking any stars off for that because it didn’t make nor break my stay. Thanks for having me Novotel!! 🙌🙌

Great experience at this hotel. Loved the food, the aircon, bathroom, giant bed. Our balcony door was a little hard to close and we ended up with a pet gecko who we named Gilbert. The pool and pool bar are fantastic (make sure to make use of happy hour!). It wasn't too busy at the end of November.
