“pleasant stay”
When I checked in, I was upgraded to a suite and had my own terrace that walked out to the pool. The hotel staff was very hospitable. I also tried out the spa which is a must because the massage and facial were extremely relaxing before my flight back to los angeles. Overall, the experience was excellent!
“Awesome and highly recommended”
The whole stay (6 nights) was incredible. The staff, the venue, the value was just so impressive. We ended up having dinner every night getting excited about breakfast as it was so good! The pool was also amazing and the beach club meant a comfortable spot on the beach was guaranteed when required.
“Five star all the way”
The Twin Palms is the perfect 5 star experience. Everything was what we would expect for a high quality venue and the service was great. The Catch Club restaurant by the beach is definitely worth checking out and spending the whole day in one of their daybeds next to the beach is the perfect way to enjoy what Phuket has to offer. We are planning to come back and have our wedding here!

Although I wasn't at Phuket at the best season the hotel is an ideal place for couples especially for honeymoon. the service is excellent.
“Twin Palms Phuket”
Great hotel if you're looking to get away from big crowds. The lagoon rooms are great to look at but we preferred the more private balcony of the 2nd floor rooms. Just depends on what you're looking for. We used the Spa and gym during our stay. Both are perfectly fine....you'll also get a free 15 min "jetlag" massage when you arrive. We stayed there for part of our honeymoon and if you plan to do so as well, let them know because they will set up your room with a "honeymoon package" of sorts....champagne, roses, etc. Make sure to include the daily breakfast option when you book your room. Besides breakfast we only ate at the hotel for one other meal but that is not because the food was not good.....most of the day we were out and about, but make sure to eat their BBQ buffet at least one time. You can sit on the beach or inside if you prefer and the selection of food as well as the quality is amazing. It's about $40 USD/person and they have an option to include a bottle of wine as well for and extra charge. Booking excursions through the "library" was simple and efficient. The staff is very competent and have your complete comfort and satisfaction in mind at all times.
“Amazing hotel”
Hotel was beautiful, pool was amazing, staff was gracious, breakfast superb. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I ever return to Phuket, There was a private beach club that made beach time very pleasant.

excellent - all areas except the beach club where they on two occassions put more on the bill than what was purchased....

Great hotel, with such lovely friendly staff. Great pool and lovely food. Recommend heading down to Catch Bar for some sundowners. Great spot and have the best of both worlds with a pool and the beach.
