"So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket.

"Very nice stay in a double pool villa. Efficient Check in/ Check out ( in the room), very efficient buttler trough whatsapp , room is big , clean, nice furniture, nice private pool and jacuzzi. Nice expérience ( barbecue inside villa, floatting breakfast in the villa, private yacht booking …) . 3 caviat: property is very big, you have private bike or buggy to call, beach club need to take a shuttle every 15min with 10min ride, lake or second pool not fully cleaned.
