Website shows a nice hotel on a beach but in reality, most guests stay in rooms located on the other side of a busy highway. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice but we didnt feel it was worth the money.

Wonderful Week

A couple spending some much needed time-off in Thailand. Our stay the Intercontinental was Great from our arrival until our (unfortunate) departure. Great service, Great food and a customer service which exceeded our expectations. We also attended a lot of the complimentary morning activities (yoga, thai boxing, pilates etc) - and would recommend these to anyone staying here.

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in, all staff we came across were so accommodating. You can chill out at the resort, (at the several options of pools or by the beach) or a short walk along the beach check out the local restaurants and shops for some local and cheaper activities.

Gorgeous well appointed resort with beautiful rooms. Staff are lovely, amazing restaurants and breakfast buffet. Excellent at catering for dietary requirements. We stayed in a pool access room on the mountain side. The resort is split into mountain side and ocean side sections with a main road running through it. They are connected by an underground tunnel. Will definitely visit again.

Booking this hotel was the best decision I've ever made. Top of the notch facilities, breathtaking architecture and views and amazing staff. If you are visiting phuket I could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms and facility as a whole are so well taken care of. Staff members truly go out of their way to give you a 10/10 experience. Also really tasty food and great selection available. Would highly recommend!!

The lobby looks clean for being an older hotel. But outside of that are the property is outdated and not well kept. Room is outdated. There was stale smell in the room. I had to keep the door open the entire time. Luckily there is a balcony. Nice beach but have to walk across the street. But the tunnel is safe and convenient. The pine restaurant at the beach is excellent. U can walk along the beach to the town area which was nice.

High class resort with private beach

This is my second time here. The resort is expensive, but everything about it is just amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are pure luxury. Very friendly staff all the way. I also loved the Pine Bar at the beach, with excellent service staff, and live music or DJ playing. Really nice breakfast. Bring a credit card for the check in. I only had debit, so I needed to use cash for the deposit. Thanks for the stay, and hugs to Pine Bar staff. Your're the best.

My experience during this stay was outstanding. The property is new, clean, comfortable and kept in an excellent condition. The staff were impeccable and totally working together across different departments. You never had to repeat your request twice and each staff had a basic understanding of English you didn't have to struggle to explain yourself. Food at the different restaurants were also good, as with the massage. You literally do not need to leave the hotel if you are here for a short weekend. Places for improvement - it would be nice to have seating areas at the ground floor of each hotel block with a phone service to wait for the buggy or wait for house cleaning to be done. It would also good to have cozy shaded seating areas throughout the estate as well instead just at the reception block or beach side. The property is split between mountain side and beach side with a tunnel connecting the section, this broke up the seamlessness of the property. I think they attempt to be as wheelchair friendly as possible and offering buggy service for those who cannot walk much or climb stairs. However, the strange thing is that though there are handles and steps into the pool, there are steps without handles before getting into the pool area (with the beach side pool only offering a step free access). I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

シャワールームの水はけが悪く、洗面フロアへ水が溢れて出てきて水浸しになった。改善対応してもらったものの、再度水が溢れ出てきたため、部屋を変えてもらうことに。プライベートプール付きのビラタイプへアップグレードして頂き、朝食も無料にしてくれました。

The only issue I had with the hotel is the breakfast. It’s ok. It’s definitely not bad, and it’s better than average, but it is not great. For a property whose lounge services were phenomenal, I thought the breakfast would be better. That said, if you’re looking for a kick back and chill spot, this hotel with the lounge package is where you want to be.
