Service could be better !
Overall was good. Beach front Enough area for young kids to play Breakfast with good options but staff members have a terrible attitude. Dont ask them for something twice or ask them to change something or dont tell them how you would like for something to be done. Do that and you will get frustrated with their attitude. Don't like what you do then do something else. You are working in the hospitality segment then you have to know how to talk to people and how to deliver your serice in a pleasant manner. Overall was a good stay but going back to Phuket, we will find another property.

The resort had a nice layout and pool and great buffet breakfast however no insulation in walls meant noise came through from neighbours and as a light sleeper this was no good for me. The resort has a number of descending levels so not great if you have mobility issues. When it rains hard the different levels fill up with water and walkways flood.

Fantastic familyhotel
Very nice family hotel with lots of children friendly activities, direct beach access and various swimming pools. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. Only negative point is the internet connection, which constantly switches off.

First of all for $80 night there’s nothing I should really complain about but … (1) internet was poor while next door at various beach-front bars it was fast and reliable, (2) buffet breakfast was plentiful but not much quality stuff, (3) not a whole lot nearby to see and do. The good stuff - pools were huge and shallow for the kids, rooms were very clean, beds were firm. So all up - value for money no doubt.
