"Clean room and great property. Very walkable and great beach for swimming. The various pools were nice and provided options as to the vibe you were looking for. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Restaurant was very good and offered traditional Thai as well as American options. We loved our stay!"

"My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with such manners & always made sure we enjoyed our stay at the breakfast. As for the staff at Saffron & Saisson, the head chef, politely introduced herself, ensuring our food was satisfactory. Pla & every other server/hostess at these two restaurants delivered such service that was above and beyond our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend this resort for any type of vacation, especially a honeymoon! We are sad to leave but we are definitely coming back. Thank you to ALL at Banyan Tree Phuket. - Emily & Travis"

"This is a traditional style resort in lush grounds in a fantastic location directly on the beachfront. When I stayed at the hotel, I had a sea view and found my room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Whilst most of the staff whom I encountered did their jobs efficiently, I felt that some of them lacked the warmth and attentiveness that I usually experience at other Thai hotels of a similar standard i.e. five star rated. It also seemed that the breakfast offered was less extensive than at rival resorts. Finally, I asked for some laundry to be done by the hotel but the garment was not cleaned properly or returned to my satisfaction. I raised this issue when checking out but still had to pay for the inadequate job that was done."

"Our 3rd time back at Angsana👍. They have done so many upgrades to the hotel. A big shoutout to the most amazing customer liaison Bow, honestly she goes far above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. To those like us… huge gym goers!! They basically revamped their whole gym and equipment. I would have to say it is the best hotel gym in Phuket. We love seeing the same staff every year. Big from the gym, our favourite breakfast chef Meep. The ever hard working room attendant Latt, thank you all for another memorable holiday. Will be back in ‘27 💯👍"

"Overall great villa . Amazing villa , pool and facilities , spa and gym were closed but we made do , staff are super responsive and room service and food top notch . If I had to nitpick . The beach was average and not really a place to go . What a sprawl of restaurants but always empty so if you’re looking for a buzz I didn’t see one . I prob saw 2 other couples there . And one thing , I think a fan at the pool area of my villa would have been useful to cool down the air and make it more of a spot to chill . Other than that a perfect getaway if you want an excellent villa experience and privacy ."
