"Mid-sized resort hotel within walkable distance to Jungceylon/Central Mall, Patong Beach and all the restaurants and bars. The hotel is well staffed and is well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side to larger resort hotels, but the convenience of location is worth the smaller room. The pools are large enough and segregated so if pool time is important you will find your Goldilocks fit."

Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort

"We stayed at Le Meridien as a group of 6, 5 Adults and one 8 year old for a week (one adult stayed 4 nights). We all really enjoyed our stay. The resort is large, clean, well maintained, with good amenities. Breakfast has a wide choice and wasn't overly busy. The hotel is a little out of the way, but 10-15 mins in a taxi gets you into Karen, Kata or Patong. The only slight negative was that we were given 3 rooms, weren't told which was which was allocated to who and this caused some challenges with charging food/drinks to the rooms, also with the early checkout. In theory this should have been easy to rectify but it never did happen. However, it didn't affect the quality of our stay or the enjoyment of it."

"One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was great with a stunning view and sunset, pool was warm, breakfast good. Kamala town was only a few minutes (and 200baht) in a taxi and lots of choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend."

Katathani Phuket Beach Resort

"Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket."

"Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the resort is quite large, so there can be a fair amount of walking between different areas. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay. Recommended for families looking for a spacious beachfront-style resort experience in Karon."
