"The location of this hotel for an event at Buckingham Palace was great. 10 mins walk. The Tube is just across the road which makes it ideal fkr travelling to other parts of London. Check in - the receptionist tried to charge my credit card £50 despite having already paid for the hotel in full in advance. "Staff were exceptionally accomodating. Answered all of our questions about the area. Conveniently located, short walk to Pimlico Tube station and reasonable walk to Victoria station. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Westminister. Room was small, as expected in London. The coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff."
