"The location of this hotel for an event at Buckingham Palace was great. 10 mins walk. The Tube is just across the road which makes it ideal fkr travelling to other parts of London. Check in - the receptionist tried to charge my credit card £50 despite having already paid for the hotel in full in advance. "Comfortable stay and would recommend"

"Proximity to Victoria Station is very convenient. Very friendly, helpful front desk. Room was larger than most single rooms I've had in the city. It was right by the elevator and so I could hear noisy people coming/going late at night. Breakfast was limited but otherwise just fine. All I did was sleep there so it was definitely fine for that."
