"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. "La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. "We had a difficult time locating this- probably because of my GPS but then it’s a split building and the other half is vacant or being remodeled so we thought this was a scam. But it was legit. Fabio and his wife were very friendly! Gave us a map and directions and a coupon for a bar next to the tower where we had a beautiful breakfast. You can see the tower from the apartment. Which was large and modern. There is a very tight spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the apartment. But...

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

Happily surprised
"Stayed here one night before early flight from Pisa. I wasn't expecting much, but was really happily surprised. The staff were lovely, friendly and smiling every time I had interaction with them. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the rooftops (yes, even the Tower in the distance). It was very quiet in the evening as my room was not facing the street. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options, I was kicking myself for not having enough time to enjoy it properly. Easy walk to town and the Tower and it took me 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport (on the shuttle). Will definitely be back if ever travelling through Pisa again. "
