"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

Great location
"This hotel was perfectly located for our visit to the Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quay shopping and Portsmouth and Southsea train station. We stayed here for 3 nights with our 6 year old grandson. The room was ok, with the sofa bed down (our grandson used it) as a bed the room was cramped but we were only using the room to sleep so it was ok. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time in the dockyard and would definitely consider this hotel again in the future. The only thing to note is the hotel is pet friendly so may not be for everyone."
