"Safe and clean in this gated property. Premise is well kept, really very clean. Most basic amenities are provided Owner is hospitable and professional. What cam be better are the bath towels, they were course and far too thin. It wld also add value if there was wifi conmectivity ."

Good for family gathering, great location, basic
"We had a family get together and this place provided us with the required space, bedrooms and parking for two cars under one roof. Beds were comfortable and clean. Don't expect anything fancy - you get very basic furniture and amenities but is better maintained than other typical houses on Air BnB. ..."

"The apartment was spacious and comfort. Nice place to stay with family and friends. However, the pictures shown while booking were totally different in real. The view shown in the app was sea view but in real I just saw the view of another apartment😢"
"The room is very clean. The staff all friendly and attentive. Location is great. Mall is just on the opposite of the hotel. Easy to park. Breakfast was great. Overall, I will visit again this hotel. "

"Hotel check-in was slow as there were too many checking in at the same time, at 2 pm. The older man at the counter helped but was confused about how many nights I was staying. The room was nowhere like what I saw on the website; the room was spacious, kind of empty at the same time. They had renovated the rooms, but badly, the bathroom now has a sliding door on the outside of the original door frame and cannot be locked. The water pressure was adequate, not fantastic, and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water, wasting water while it was flowing. The room had no slippers, and the wooden floors were not cleaned, so I had to get a pair of slippers outside. The hotel shops, spas, and all facilities except for the pool are closed, so nothing apart from the room there. The nearest food area by foot is the food store, about 8 minute's walk to KSL Mall. The surrounding areas are all shuttered also. Next time will try New York Hotel or KSL Resort Hotel if staying in JB. They have food stores outside or a mall nearby for supplies. Lastly, if you stay at this hotel, bring your amenities like shampoo and toothbrush as the ones given at the hotel are really not too good, and on day one, there was also no hand soap."
