Not to be confused with the holiday inn hotel next to Komtar. But for the price with 2 rooms in a not so convenient location, it was great!! Not really recommended if you do not drive…but if you do, it is a 5-7 mins drive to City Square.

Room is efficiently laid out. Breakfast buffet is good. Egg station starts only at 8am. Separate toilet, sink and shower is great idea. Bidet, too. Only problem is the toilet glass not sound proof so if you flush toilet in middle of the night, it is very loud. Soft and firm pillows provided. Charging and USB points at each side of the bed. Additional socket on desk. Hot water flask, hair dryer, safe, fridge, hangars.

Terrible. Internet sucks! Room with zero soundproof, could hear next room guest talking, constant noise of doors slamming from early morning till late into the night. Washbasin is outside of bathroom like an old NY apartment, no hand towel provided. Bathroom and toilet is separated. Bed smell like greasy old man…never again.

An excellent stay after a previous night stay in an AirBnB. Checkin staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very efficient too as there was a tour group right before us. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the living room which added more bed options for the family. Water pressure was excellent. Things to improve: (1) Breakfast food quality was average at best with many items running out and needed reminders from the guests to top up. There was a lack of manpower too and I realised they activated untrained part-timers later on to help out with the situation. (2) Carpark entrance was behind the hotel but was safe and brightly lit.
