The stay was for one night, and the check-in was alright. The room is average in my opinion. Basic amenities and facilitates. The lunch buffet spread was below average with some very blanddishes. The hot coffee was so diluted, even the milk couldn't recognise it!The staff at the restaurant were very attentive however. Moving past that, the real disaster came during the In-Room dining order for dinner. Ordered a simple burger with a Cesar salad. The meat patty was entirely raw in the middle, dry and hard on the outside. The salad didn't have any side dressing, it had to be asked for specially. After a few failed attempts of trying to call the service number, I decided to leave the prodded meal outside the door. The following day, I tried to call the service number so many times and the calls were never answered. I had tried calling the hotel main line through my mobile phone, and no answer. After a ridiculous number of tries, the call was answered, I ordered a simple breakfast of eggs and sausages. They announced that it would take 45 minutes! I told them that it would be cutting close to check out, to which I received no response. The breakfast finally comes up with a ghastly set of eggs. With not much time to spare, I tried to ask for a delayed check out, and I was given 30 minutes extra. Upon checking out, I asked for the manager and told him of the nasty experience, to which he apologised and that was that! Dinner was a healthy violation, and breakfast was poor management
