"Stayed at RF on the 23rd floor with a beautiful bay view. The scenery was truly relaxing, especially with the wide open view from the room. The space was comfortable, clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. Definitely a lovely experience and worth recommending."

"Just something that needs attention. Car parking rules are not conveyed to us resulting in both our cars being wheel clamped. Hotel did not register our cars on arrival and so car park personnel didn't know that the cars were parked by hotel guest. Also as the process of unlocking the clamps took so long that our half hour grace period to exit car park has been exceeded. That is probably the reason why we were charged RM25 instead of RM5 per entry charges as told to us when we booked the stay with you. Anyway luckily RM25 is not really a hugh sum but the hotel could improve on this parking issues such as informing guest the rules. Things like having to exit car park within half an hour on validation is not very smart as being a guest checking out is 12 noon, the cut off timing should have been 2359 on the day of checkout. Then we don't feel so anxious to get out quickly. What if there is a car park exit jam? Rushing to get out of the carpark is not complimenting the great experience already enjoyed prior to going off. Hope this can be a good feedback to you and so we look forward to our next stay with positivity ."

"We booked this hotel primarily for it’s access to self-service laundry machines. The machines were broken and there was no communication from the hotel. I found out when I enquired at check-in. When I asked when will it be fixed, the front desk said to check the next morning. I understand that machines break down, but what was unacceptable was that when I called the next morning to check on the status of the machines, the person responding to my inquiry said “I don’t know. I haven’t checked.” This person didn’t offer to check or to call back to let me know. When I personally walked down to the front desk to ask when the laundry machines would be fixed, they looked baffled and didn’t know that the machines were broken. One person offered a feeble response by saying the machines aren’t maintained by the hotel. This is a service advertised by your hotel. It’s not right to say the machines are someone else’s responsibility. The hotel guests isn’t the one responsible for tracking down who maintains the laundry machines. This issue put a damper on our stay in an otherwise really nice place."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."
