Our stay at Sheraton was wonderful. The facilities are so clean and good. Hotel staff were friendly. Special mention to the manager Sri Jivan and team. Breakfast was very good. Our dinner at the restaurant was also sumptuous.

Staff were friendly. Building itself and decor are gorgeous. Rooms clean and well appointed. Concierge service in disarray. Asked for something special for my wife as it was her birthday. Concierge finally got back to me 3 days after my original outreach. Said they would put a small decoration and a piece of cake in the room prior to our arrival, which I thought was great. Nothing in the room upon arrival. I emailed the concierge team about my disappointment and got no response back from them at all. Checked out the next day and left and nobody from the hotel said a word about it. They were all friendly so I can only assume it was the managements attention to process detail and discipline lacking. Would have expected a little better from the Sheraton brand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru. The check-in experience was smooth, and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for the stay. Their service throughout was attentive and professional — really made us feel taken care of. The room was big, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The gym was impressively clean and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a solid workout. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection, which I found rather average compared to other Sheraton properties — would be great to see more variety or local dishes added. Overall, a very good stay with excellent service and comfortable facilities.

Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. The room was beautifully designed especially the children's double deck bed and bathtub area. My kids loved it. We also got a complimentary bfast at the lounge the nx morning. Requested for a late check out but as the suite was quite limited, it was not possible. However, the hotel kindly offered a spare hotel room for an additional 2hrs hours to use for free as my son had his zoom online tuition class. I really appreciated this as the rest of the family could still rest while my son was having his class. Once the attached mall is open downstairs, I'm sure Sheraton JB will be more popular among Singaporeans since it's also near to the CIQ.

Great first-time experience staying at Sheraton Hotel JB! Everything feels new (literally lol), the hotel lobby smelt good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with 2 super single beds (or 2 small double beds), a small sofa + cushioned chair with a big round-ish table, 1 cushioned seat stand(?) for putting barang, a cushioned luggage opening area/cabinet, and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness may need slight improvement as we had 1 bath towel that had a few strands of hair folded within, and a strand of hair under the blanket on each of our beds 😂 Another 2 small "issues" we had was the shower room glass door being unable to be closed fully and the aircon being a bit loud and not very cold despite the temperature being automatically set at 23.5°C. Then again, being in reasonably "temperated" room may not be a bad thing as we did not wake up shivering lol 🤣 My last comment on the hotel would be on their buffet breakfast! The food variety was great and the taste is majority good too! Thank you for your kind hospitality ☺️ *On a side note, there is a new mall connected to the hotel, and although it is not very big, it was nice to shop in as there is a big supermarket & pharmacy in the basement, sufficient food options, massage places (highly recommend Qi dynasty!) and also "useful" shops like Watsons, Daiso and MatsuKiyo.
