i have no experience with this hotel yet since can't check in on time i should becaause of unavailable room but still in your offer hotel lisy(can't make sense really make trouble yo me &family which have 2 kids).i'm realy super dissapointed with expedia which offer room that unavailable but take my money.when call the customer service it take about 45minutes and ending wikth nothing.No action taken to refund my money.Please take action as soon as possible.Really bad experiece with expedia i swear.Please improve your service to makesure no happen again in future.Lastly pplease refund my money ASAP.

Check in was prompt. No elevator here, all stairs! Rooms are obviously dated. Bed was hard and rather uncomfortable, pillow were too flat. Toilet was bare without amenities. Towels had stains on them. Will not return
