"I cannot fault this hotel. It was excellent every respect. One thing, the atm in the hotel, charges $11 Aussie $ thereabouts (250 bhat) for withdrawals. That is quite a hefty charge. My advice, use the ATM a 1 minute walk from the hotel instead or find a bank ATM instead."

The breakfast was excellent, and the room service food was outstanding — the Tom Yum Kung was the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I loved the stylish decor. "We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"
