“Great Hotel, Great Price”
This is a great Hotel to spend a few days. The beach is just down the street, a short walk. There are restaurants close if you want something different. The price is excellent. Staff friendly. Clean. We stayed here prior to a cruise. It was perfect.

Was very satisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn. Located near many resturants. The personal was very helpful. After a long day at work I will come back to a well clean and tidy room. Will visit again!!!!

“Home Away From Home in Puerto Rico”
Hotel was very nice. Hotel staff was by far tops on our trip and we stayed in more than one place. We had a special need that check in handled in most efficient and friendly way. It made us feel like we were home. I would definitely return to Holiday Inn San Juan. Only dislike I had was it was one block off the beach.

Hotel was reasonably priced and accomadations met with my expectations!! Given it's location I would definitely recommend these accomodations to others who are traveling to Puerto Rico's morth side of the island!!
“Verdanza Hotel was Great...”
Maria and staff were extrememly accommodating...The maid service was very efficient. The beach and other hotel restaurants and shops a block away...A quick 75 cents bus ride to Old San Juan kept costs down - more money to spen on sight-seeing! The hotel is a boutique style and was ver relaxing - I loved the hot tub jacuzzi which was perfect after a long's day walk and traveling for sightseeing...The Eighty/20 Bistro inside the hotel is phenomenal - hands down..We ate at other well known restaurants at neighboring hotels and after that, every meal was enjoyed at the Eighty/20...Great chef, beautiful presentations and wonderful twists on basic meals...Over all a lovely experience..Please remember your staying at ahotel - nothing is perfect aside from being home..If you don't like the rural bus routes seeing the neighborhoods - just take a cab. Nice stay. Continental breakfast was perfect as I don't eat heavy in such hot weather anyways and always headed straight to the beach in the mornings. Isal Verde beach a block away and beautiful...
“We had one of the best rooms in this hotel”
I don't know how it happened but we ended up getting a room on the third floor, with a balcony and a king size bed. mind you every floor above ours didn't have balconys. and we got the room on the end of the floor so our balcony wrapped around the room, it was huge we could of had a party out there. this hotel was just flat out nice. layed out very nice and the staff was great and very friendly / helpful. the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. o and the decorations where modern so that was a surprize. would stay there again and recommend it to my whole family or any friends that go.
“Nice Hotel, Near Isla Verde Beach”
This hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they offered us cool towels and a frozen coconut gelato. The restuarant and bar inside the hotel were very nice, clean and offered good local food/drinks.
