The property is very modern and beautiful. The staff were very kind, courteous and helpful. Ambar at the front desk was very patient and Yvonne in housekeeping was also. The hotel is centrally located and was only a short distance from the airport, old San Juan, Condado Beach, various restaurants and La Placita. I had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

My fiancé and I enjoyed a 3 night stay and it was amazing, this was just the relax and renew place we needed! Hotel is gorgeous and gives luxury spa, the staff is attentive and helpful Diana at the front desk was soooo welcoming and wonderful even helped with location to popular hot spots. Valet does take a while so I would request your car about 10-15 minutes before you need to leave.
