Awesome Place. Really cool vibe, and super nice staff. My only complaint would be that the drink prices seemed a little high at the pool and the beach, and it is also quite a wait to get a drink at both places, but I’m not gonna complain. It was a great experience over all. The biggest pro, is def that we never had an issue finding a good seat at the beach or the pool which can be a real pain in the butt at other places I have stayed .

I loved the private pool. How friendly the staff was and door service entering the hotel. Beautiful art work and decor. They were doing renovations but there was minimal noise and they gave a complementary champagne and a rose for the inconvenience. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy. This was really an oasis. The beach view amazing.

Came for my 50th birthday with my wife and had a great time. This hotel is beautiful, well maintained, super friendly and professional staff, and great food. We didn’t get to eat at Kumo on the roof because it was closed while we were there, but we did at AWWA a couple times and for drinks and everything was really good. Like really really good, high quality place…like legitimately one of the best places to eat in San Juan. Pool is awesome and the beach is literally 6 steps away from the front door. Food & drink service on the beach as well. Overall amazing experience and I’m definitely staying there again when I return. Highly recommend.
