The room was quite dirty and not like the pictures and reviews. Felt pretty run down with hair in bed and chandelier.and razor blade covers in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast area was swarmed with mosquitoes around the food and coffee. Below average hotel. Location is good though right on the beach. My main draw back is the noise from neighbors. Especially if staying on the first floor, you could hear the neighbors from the building next door very loudly as if they’re in the same room even at 1am or 3am

Mr. Perez was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. He suggested we use Uber and it was fantastic. The breakfast was sufficient to start our day especially the coffee!!! The employees were very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this hotel because you get the personal attention you need. Will definitely stay here again and very soon!!!!

This property is beautiful, clean, and conveniently right next to the beach and a cat family. The free breakfast and coffee hit the spot everyday especially when we had to leave at 530am for an excursion. The staff were very kind, welcoming and Coco was the sweetest dog ever, I bought her a toy and she loved it. I will be staying here again hopefully soon.

Small quiet quaint little place ., I have stayed there many times for the past 15yrs. Location is GREAT easy to find from airport great access to major highways.. Alberto is a Great host .. if your looking for a 5 start Hotel this is not it .. but it’s a GREAT bargain for what you get ..!!! 😎

For starters I liked the location as that it was very close to the beaches as stated. The staff which was a lady with a dog named Arena was very pleasant and helpful. The property was not kept in the best condition. There was no continental breakfast as described, it consisted of coffee, cereal and Hawaiian dinner rolls with ham. The mattress in the room we stayed (room 204) was very old felt the springs while sleeping. The outlets in the room kept tripping. Overall if they changed the mattresses then it would be a better economical place to stay if you’re looking for a place to sleep only while on vacation. I would not recommend staying here with children. By the way some of the pictures shown on here are not accurate when it comes to the overall place.

Friendly staff, Everything was excellent , it is close to the beach, the Parking is the only problem; parking isn't always available—there are only six spaces, and they are shared between the restaurant and the tenants.
