“This hotel was amazing!”

This resort was amazing. Food and service were fantastic, even at the buffets the food was always amazing. I liked the modern decor of the resort. From the moment we arrived we were very happy with the resort. We travelled with our 16 month old daughter and the only negatives were that there was no crib available our first night at the resort and there were no playground areas for young children.

“Great time”

We just returned from Dreams with a group of 11 people and had a great time. Yes I will agree it was hot and some of the restaurants could use a little more a/c but we still found the food and staff to be wonderful. Everyone is so nice and tries so hard to make sure you have a great time. My family and I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Dreams for making our family vacation memorable!

“Exceeded my expectations”

The hotel is very nice, modern and luxurious. The pictures online accurately depict the resort. The service was great, and the food was pretty good, particularly at El Patio (Mexican restaurant). The pool was very cold but the beach made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place. We had a great time.

Wonderful service. Food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort. Rooms are nicely appointed. Infinity pool was excellent. Resort was beautiful. We would go back again!

“Hotel was beautiful!”

The hotel was lovely! The people working in the hotel always proactively offer their help to you so that you never have to do anything except enjoy your vacation! The bartenders are all very nice and personable. Our favorite employee ended up being the maid who was also very sweet! The food was delicious! We tried all of the restaurants and they were all amazing!! Everything is very clean and well kept. The only problem we ran into was room service. It was consistently wrong and we would have to send them back because they either forgot stuff or just brought the wrong thing, and then it would take close to two hours before we fully had our food. Also there was supposed to be an adult only pool and there seemed to be children constantly in every pool. I still would suggest this hotel to anyone and will probably go to another dreams whenever i get the chance.

“Wonderful trip”

This hotel was amazing! As soon as we got there till the minute we left we were treated to an amazing staff and first class service. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to assist us in our problems. We had a problem with using the safe and using the toilet but as soon as we called the front desk, some one was at our door 10 min. later. They have 5 different restaurants and the service at each one was amazing. It felt like everyone went out of thier way to make this an great vacation!

Had no problems. Everything was great. It is a beautiful hotel. I would not want to stay anywhere else but at the Dreams Villamagna. All employees very helpful and bilingual. I enjoyed ever second of it.

“Potential Five Star All Inclusive”

Resort is new and striving to work through some minor kinks. Each day we found everything just getting better. Grounds and beach are beautiful. Food and drinks are plentiful and very good. Some service issues - but they address your concerns immediately and with a smile. Needs some more warmth to decor throughout the resort and in the rooms. Spa is wonderful but overpriced. All and all - you will not be disappointed.

“Best resort at NPV”

Dreams is a great hotel with great amenities and very friendly staff. The decor was relaxing- mondern, yet casual. We loved the restaurants and the 24 hour room service. We would definately recommend to our friends and go back again.
