A great place to stay (Grand Luxe - Bon was undergoing renovations) and cute settings with a mini pool on your patio in the room. Room was clean, staff was exceptionally helpful, very family friendly and couple friendly as well. Didn't get to the spa but the tranquility was very intriguing. Will definitely be back !!

We had a great time here with our two children. The properties are great, rooms were very spacious and clean, and there were a lot of choices available, from pools to beaches to restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip and would love to come back again!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay at the BON Hotel. When we arrived, they moved our reservation to a different hotel because they said the BON Hotel wasn’t opening until the day we were checking out. We ended up staying at the Grand Luxxe, and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing huge property with its of entertainment and 8 beautiful pools, great kids activities. It’s so huge that I think it’s hard to keep well maintained and totally clean, but it wasnt too bad and reasonably priced and we will definitely come back

Almost every element at Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel, setting and most elements of the room were lovely the hotel as an entirety was exceptional. I would say 90% of the staff were at the same level of the standard of the hotel, we had some small issues - check in staff, smells in room furniture, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons, I travel everywhere and would very rarely go back to a hotel but Bon is one I would visit again. Especially after its next expansion. It was extremely accessible, family friendly and the room and common areas were lovely

I received an upgrade without asking to one of the premier properties on the resort and it was extraordinary. All staff were very helpful and courteous throughout the resort. The food and service at the Tramonto restaurant was simply fantastic (and I'm a foodie). I look forward to returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Incredible Experience at Vidanta! Our stay at Vidanta was truly unforgettable and easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had! Although this review is listed under BON Hotel, we actually did not stay there because we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to The Estates. What an amazing surprise! Even though we stayed at The Estates, I want to mention that the entire Vidanta property is absolutely beautiful and impressive. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional customer service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful stay. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because so many people went above and beyond for us. Two people who especially stood out were David, one of our drivers at The Estates, who was always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Alexis at The Estates reception, who assisted us several times throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make the experience unforgettable. We felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend Vidanta and cannot wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special and giving us memories we will never forget. ❤️

Excellent and gorgeous all the way around. Quick walk to the gondola and straight to the beach. The whole resort was fabulous. The only thing I didn't like was no balcony, and there was an exhaust fan running all day in the room in the little kitchen area. Otherwise, I will be back again for sure.

Beautiful new hotel with spacious modern furnishings. Great for a large family or extended family trip, with easy access to large resort complex via the gondola system and shuttle services. Our kids highly recommend a churro under the stars at beachland. Get dinner at Nektar for early access to the BON park for water show and live music.

this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort.

I didn’t know what to expect with a resort this ginormous. I tend to like smaller places, but this place was awesome!! We stayed in tower 3 and had a huge living room kitchen and master bedroom. We rented the connecting room for our kids. Both rooms had balconies. We had a huge balcony with a splash pool and an incredible view. They had concierge on every floor and they were extremely kind spoke amazing English. We had access to the 10 hotel pools they golf cart you everywhere or you will get lost. They also had a fast safe gondola that takes you to the beach some of the hotels and to Luda. Over 40 restaurants on the 22k acre property. It’s just nothing you have ever experienced before. We never got bored, stayed 7 nights and prob explored 30 percent of this property. The pools in all the hotels were amazing! They have laundry not in the room but you can buy a cheap card to do your laundry. You can also order groceries delivered to your room! They also had a nice menue for restaurant food to be delivered to your room. I took so many videos because it was just incredible and I’m not a big video person. If you aren’t big on leaving a resort this is your place to go. We left the resort twice by cab(btw the cabs are very safe and most spoke English) but kind of thought why did we leave? They have all these cool decks you can walk all over the place over ponds etc. They also have pickleball and a really nice golf course. They are opening the amusement park portion in October 2026

This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. It is closer to the theme park and that will be amazing when it opens, but the transportation system with the gondola, buses, and trams are well designed and so easy to navigate. They need more signage for the Bon hotel on the footpaths, however. The only regret is we didn’t get to stay long enough and enjoy the amazing pool near Bon, as we spent most of our time near the Beachland, the main pools, and lazy river and waterside. Vidanta in general is gorgeous, expansive, and very thoughtfully laid out. We loved it! Gracias!

I had an outstanding experience at Vidanta Bon Hotel. The room was truly palatial in size, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for, making the stay feel both elegant and welcoming. The service throughout the property was exceptional, and the concierge team deserves special mention. Property was top notch except the layout. We stayed at the sun hotel on the resort and it was not easy to get to and from the beach. You had to wait and have the golf cart escort you around. Which is ok but they do not explain this to you and it's very confusing. There is not the option to walk. On the other hand the room was amazing, we had two bathrooms and the master bedroom area closed off completely from the ret of the room. They left us snacks and the room service was good. The beach was beautiful but they need more chairs.

Lots of thoughts about Vidanta. The property itself is very beautiful. I’ll try to name the pros and cons. There are many pools, lots of chairs. Lots of places to be and activities to be done. It’s a really beautiful and well kept property. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were always greeting me and they were very efficient and kind. Front desk staff were great too. Since my check-in, Martha (Grand luxxe 3) has been very helpful and nice. The spa was good and it’s a relief that it’s included. It was a shame that Sea tonic was extra. Now the cons. The property does not necessarily allow Uber or not ride share friendly. Your only choice is their overpriced taxis and the premises are so far away from normal life. If you go to Vidanta either dish out on taxis or forget outside world. Wish they had a shuttle service to the city like the hotels in Orlando. Be prepared to walk a lot. There is a shuttle service between locations on site but whenever I requested one from the staff outside they kept telling me to walk and it’s not too far but those distances add up. The food was overpriced which I understand but tbh it did not taste good considering the prices. Nothing from the bakery was fresh. The croissants were soggy and they do not even warm it up before serving. Santuario shows seating is tiered. Buy drinks to sit at the front makes no sense. I would consider Vidanta again. But not sure if it would be my priority due to all the cash grab traps.
