"We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

"Post cruise visit to Buenos Aires during the Easter holiday. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable! The weekend street fairs are lots of fun. Lots and lots of restaurants all over. After taking the hop on hop off bus, we knew that Polermo was the right neighborhood for us, and BEN'S made it more perfect! The people running the front desk had all the answers to all of our questions. They also had suggestions for us. ****Note - there are no ATM'S in Buenos Aires. Bring cash and go to a Western Union...

Great hotel She!
"I’ve been staying with them every time I go to Buenos Aires and is one of my favorite places to stay. I will say this time I noticed that the hotel it’s a little rundown they could improve some new mattresses they used to have them but now they have some basic ones which they’re too hard to sleep on, the front desk is a sweetheart. She is been very helpful and welcoming. Also, I noticed the breakfast area used to be better so they can improve a little but a very safe hotel to stay and the service is excellent. "
