A well located property to see the sites. No real concierge type service. Very pleasant desk clerks try to be helpful. Room is rather worn down and kitchenette lacks most necessities. Street noise in front unit might bother light sleepers. Breakfast very fresh and enjoyable.

The hotel is billed as a boutique hotel but we did not find it so. The room although clean lacked the types of amenities one would expect, ie upscale bath products and towels, tissues or a wash cloth etc. the air conditioner did not work properly but a maintenance man was able to get it working to a reasonable coolness. However, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and saved us from an aggressive taxi driver who tried to rip us off. We very much appreciated her help. A big thank you.

We stayed at Ben’s 5 nights. It was a wonderful experience and we will return twice in the next 10 days. Spacious room, delicious breakfast and superb staff. A delightful experience!
