“GSR, great hotel!”
My grandson's and I had a great stay at the GSR! Beautiful room, incredible view of the Sierra's and the city. AND an INCREDIBLE rate! Expedia and the GSR are a great value!
“Good Deal”
Check in was very easy and quick. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also included in the room was a microwave and small refrigerator. Valet Parking was included in the room rate, but was often slow (20+ minutes) to park or retrieve the car. This made us late several times for appointments.
“Good place to stay”
Great value for the price. Appreciated the very comfortable bed.
“Hotel and casino review”
Very clean and courteous staff. Check in and out was very efficient.
“Would use this hotel again!”
Room was great, bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and well kept. The hotel was very nice!
“Very family friendly”
My daughter competed in a gymnastics meet that was held at Grand Sierra so we stayed there to be close to the meet. I was concerned about staying at a hotel that had a casino but I was very pleasantly surprised. There were so many things for children to do there. We enjoyed the go-cart track, movie theater, arcade and laser tag. We ate at two of the restaurants at the resort. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Everyone on staff (front desk, housekeeping) was so nice and friendly. We asked for a refrigerator when we checked in and it was brought to our room within 30 minutes.
“Nice”
Great place and great central location. Accommodates all!
