There was no room service available so we had to get door dash deliveries (which sometimes just sat at the front desk), and staff were very inattentive at times—failing to be at the door or even get the door for us when they were present and otherwise unoccupied. Had one staff member literally running up and down the halls repeatedly, and at one point could have injured us as we left the room. The managers apologized repeatedly, and stopped the runner that had been disturbing us for 2 out of 3 days there, but did little else to compensate. For $600/night, before tax, that was unacceptable.
