I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone on the staff was excellent to deal with from the front desk, porters, to the bar tender at the pool! The facility is first rate. The lobby is very upscale and the room was very comfortable. The A/C works great and the furnishings are tasteful and well appointed. The restaurant facility is excellent and the menu is varied to cover all tastes. The breakfast buffet is a great bargin.This is the only palce to stay in Santiago, DR.

Excellent staff, happily willing to serve at all times, and friendly crew. Elegant hotel and very comfortable. Really recommend!!! Would definitely stay at this hotel if given the chance again.

My daughter is studying in Santiago this semester and I went to visit her for a long weekend. This was my first trip to the Dominican Republic and this hotel was an excellent first impression of DR. The lobby is beautiful, the service was great--from the receptionists to the bellmen and waiters in the restaurant. Food was very good and the service very accommodating. On my next trip to Sanitago, I plan to stay at this hotel without a doubt! The rooms are nice; the pool is a plus since the beach is quite a distance away; and having a gym is also a plus.

the hotel staff and overall the hotel is excellent !!!!!! the rooms are beautiful !!!! the suimming pool is beautiful and clean !!!!!!
“Nice”
The staff was very helpful. They even helped with spanish speaking guess I had. I thought I would leave the Hotel, but ended up stay around it most of my week visit to Santiago! Near plaza areas and low cost restrants. Food in Hotel is costly but very good. They have a free BBQ party by the pool area every 15 days or so, again very nice. Purchased some pants and at a near by store and the Hotel had them tailored free as part of their service. Can't wait to go back.
